Come on, you have to be joking, Birmingham is a CITY in the middle of England,London is also a CITY but is in the South of England. England is in fact a COUNTRY, London and England are not the same thing!!!!!!!!!! You probably shouldn't say you are racing in London, or England or whatever(AS IF THEY ARE THE SAME THING), if the organizers have been good enough to enter you in a race in.............. BIRMINGHAM!!! That's like saying I'm racing in Seattle or America or New York, whatever. Rant over!
