Yea, nowadays breaking 4 min in the mile doesn't get you to the top unless you do it twice in a row!

Good information. I wonder what is his determination for fitness of the athletes tested. Is it VO2 max? Any, performance test, such as being able to complete a 10K, based on age/time? I'm sure his measurement was of accuracy, I wish he would have detailed it in the interview. I like his opinion. It convinced me to take a day of rest today!
