back in 2004 at this meet, riley came through the bell lap in 12:24.7, and managed to run 13:20.11... that was a kick of the decade

Tasty Race of the Week (Mar 30)

This week's Tasty Race can be found in the coverage from the Stanford Invite. Shawn Forrest took control of a competitive field to run away with the victory in the Men's 5k. This impressive solo effort put him well at the top of the ranks for now at 13:28. This is a guy you shouldn't sleep on! FULL RACE
