man... there is a lot of arguments here... GOOD JOB CONROE!!!!! its weird how everybody keeps complaining about this stuff... it is over with. everybody talks about Duncanville's 400 times... but everybody from conroe have ran a 47 before...if its a good day and if everything falls to pieces... there is going to be a pretty sweet race!!!

It looks like Allen has to represent the Dallas Metroplex at the State Meet in the 4x400 meter relay in which they won the race at Region 1 in Lubbuck. Congratulations Allen. Desoto got nipped by Spring Westfield and placed 3rd at Region 2 in Waco. Desoto's anchor D'Odrick Sykes was hurt and he did not run. They put the alternate on the anchor leg and he gave a valiant effort. However, with all three teams coming toward the finish line together, he tried to pass Spring Westfield on the inside. They bumped and they both went down. If Desoto would have beaten Spring Westfield, they probably would have DQ'ed them anyway because I know Westfield would have protested. It was an exciting race with the lead constantly changing. Give props to Desoto's 2nd leg Eric Caro for coming from 3rd and 10 meters back to give Desoto the lead by at least 5 meters. Looking back, maybe Desoto should have put it all on Eric Caro to get them to the State Meet and put HIM on the anchor leg. He looked like he was finally healthy. What a year. Eric Caro is finally healthy or close to being 100% healthy and the anchor leg goes down. With Desoto still almost winning the race without their Anchor leg, I still and will always believe that Desoto and Duncanville would have been First and Second at the State Meet. Anyway, congratulations to Conroe and Spring Westfield. If you the love the 4x400 meter relay as much as I do, you would have enjoyed the race if you were not there. The 4x400 meter relay is still going to be an exciting race at the State Meet without Duncanville and Desoto

Everybody in the State of Texas knows Duncanville's 4x400 Relay would have won Texas Relays and perhaps the State Championship, but come on they are not going to run High School Track anymore and you know that. So leave this topic alone and get a life and move on, God says Conroe's 4x400 Relay was going to win Texas Relays and he will decide who is going to win it at State. Move on and get off Duncanville's as yall call it "JOCK STRAP"

Wow, from what I heard of the Junior Speedsters performances on the mile relay at Baylor was outstanding. Im am proud of you guys and keep up the good work. And for any unbelievers out there who dont believe the Junior Speedsters went 3:15:80 at the 2009 Micheal Johnson Classic at Baylor, then here are the splits. Isaac Ogunlade-48.3 on 1st, Kennedy Daughtery 47.2 on 2nd, Akeem Banks 49.65 on 3rd, Reggie Reed 50.3 on 4th. So as you and I see, there is still a whole lot of ground of improvement. Way to go the Real Duncanville 4x4/ Real Texas Relay 4x4 Champs!

No Demontre Hurst from Lancaster who ran it in the prelims is now the best 1st leg in Texas, going 47.01 out the blocks, then #2 Isaac Ogunladde from Duncanville who went 48.00 or 48.1 in the cold, then #3Conroe's 1st leg who went 48.1 in warm weather, then #4Tyler Stephenson from Lancaster who ran in the Finals who went about 48.1-48.2 in warm weather, So Get your Facts right its Demontre Hurst Baby and it was said he split 46 on the Sprint Medley, Who, so tell Isaac to step in his ring so they settle it Ya Digg!

Isaac Ogunlade from Duncanville went 48 flat in the cold one of the meets this season and is still the best 1st leg in the state of Texas while his teammate kennedy is the 2nd best overall 400 runner in Texas.

Man I wish Duncanville's 4x4 relay was there, they had the fastest time with a 3:17:90 in the state which was ran in cold and windy conditions and without one of there main legs, and they havent ran in a month since the suspensions due to running at a meet without there coach but hopefully they'll be back to go 3:09 at State if they can come back, Duncanville's relay consisting of Isaac Ogunlade, Gabe Castillo, Reggie Reed, Kennedy Daughtery, Isaac and Kennedy went 48, the other two went 50 point but usuall one goes 49 and 48, while Isaac will go 47 and Kennedy will split 45, it was said he went 46.9 against Kyle Clemons at the Lancaster Meet but his time wasent recorded due to the fact there coach wasent there.
