haha....good call. i actually read this right after getting back from the doctors. they gave me a shot in the butt.

but the miracle cure is apparently Zanfel. they used it today before the shot but i guess if you use it the first day you get the ivy/oak (which is sometimes hard to tell) but it will go away almost immediately i guess. check it out and thanks for the help everyone

I had poison oak worse than that before.
Just like what you got on your knee but all over my quad
It would ooze into my pants and then dry out hardening my pants
By the end I couldn't differentiate between it and my skin, it was more like a faucet coming out of my leg.
You might want to go to the doctor the'll give you shot in the butt, with some steroids makes it go away quick, also put some calamine lotion to dry it out a little, Hot showers clean it up but make it ooze and itch like mad.
trust me i got some first hand experience in this area

I spi some booze behind you ryan. Do you take shots before you get in front of the camera? tails? Whooly bearded men drink whiskey, straight, throw a little bark in there for added burlyness.

Robin Reynolds performance @ Florida 3A Championships is absolutely worthy of the Tasty. She's going to need a BIGGER trophy case.

We need the whole story on the nasty "Poison Oak"

HOT HOT Shower, hot water is your friend against poison oak.

Baking soda works well too.

When it's itching bad, sit in some cold bath water. I did that all the time and it helped a lot.
Keep an eye on this girl for the next few years. It looks like she will be a star in the future.

Tasty Race of the Week (May 11)

This week's Tasty Race of the Week comes from the Florida HS 3A State Championships that were held down in Winter Park, FL. A freshman from Miami Jackson High School came in a ran all over the competition. Robin Reynolds ended the day with 4 individual state titles- LJ, 100, 200, 400! The meet was a one day event so prelims and finals were all held over a 5 hour span. Here's her marks (prelims in parenthesis): 100- 11.56 (11.88), 200- 23.67 (24.02), 400- 54.95 (54.95), LJ- 19'4.75". Pretty crazy stuff for a young freshman! To the Allyson Felix's, Lauryn Williams', and Sanya Richards' out there.....Robin is coming for London 2012!! (She says so in her Interview

Watch the 100 Finals (11.56, US#4) | Prelims (11.88)
