iona has a great running program but doing this tour to show the school and its facilites was a horrible idea. many high schools offer better facilities than this college. any good runner, with any intentions of visiting iona, would most likely be turned off by the lack of support and attention iona offers their cross country program. besides iona's business school, iona has a lot of work to do to build its reputation as a top college in the northeast. there are a ton of colleges and universities that give their sports programs, especially nationally ranked ones, the care and attention they deserve.

What's the machine in the weight room that makes Viz's quads so big? You should have shown that I wanted to see it.

It is kinda dumb that you showed the protien powder... isnt that banned by NCAA?

And kinda a bad tour. you don't even get to see that the school looks like. Get some wide angle shots so we can get a picture of what the campus is like.

Aliens?   April 2 at 11:12pm
There are aliens at Iona? Why hasn't discovery channel done a special on it then? they have plenty on Roswell, why not go to where all the aliens are ( roaming around (Iona apparently) and interview them so we can get some answers.

Hey Flotrack Fellas,

What is the info on this new Grindstone Mountain School? New running elite distance high school that is being developed in North Carolina. Try to go check it out for a tour.
Here is the dyestat info:

Looks pretty interesting and I wonder what kind of success they will have with this endeavor.
Oh and by the way I like the new series.

You guys should watch out for that protein booster stuff you're getting in your smoothies. Unless you already got it checked out. There are a number of athletes out there who have been nabbed by the NCAA because of stuff that was in their protein supplements.
