Flo Spring Break

With most of the country on Spring Break and making the transition to the outdoor season, Flotrack is doing the same. You'll see a week off from some of the regular stuff like Workout Wednesday (WOW) and Monday Meeting. We're resting up for next week at the Stanford Invite, the first chance for much of the country to hit those NCAA Regional and USA National qualifying standards. So enjoy you're break and get ready for another exciting season here with Flotrack. See you next week!
