sweet! I'm definitely not smart with my training. I stick to what I know and what I have learned over the years. I dont do the necessary research. I'm sure that being a self coach limits my ability to improve. its sad. But hey Nate is doing his thing - so there is hope!

Gotta live for your dreams. Being your own coach can be hard sometimes, but if you're focused and well intuned with your body, it can be done successfully.
Nate, you seem like a cool guy. Good luck with running and later coaching.
