I had the lucky opportunity to run with him in HS Cross Country and we all made fun of how he wanted to come out on all the newspaper pics but he always came out with his "I cant run anymore" face.

That's very true Estrada has always had that facial expression since high school. i love his stride, but why is there no interview fom a true freshman who has ran 13:47 n now this???

I love this trackside stuff. This is great. It's cool to see the differences in running stride mechanics between the guys. Look at Estrada's high rear kick and very low knee lift in comparison to Shay's fairly high knee lift (in comparison) and Schirmer's complete lack of knee lift and extremely low rear kick. They all get there in the same time, but certainly by different means. Awesome view.

i think its funny that mark keeps saying how estrada looks deazd. but if youve noticed.... thats just how he runs! at the end of the first lap he looks gone but hes fine! kinda scary cause then you cant get a read on him! that kids a stud!
