that's awesome. it sounds like the fans dug it and more importantly, turner was smiling. i love it when they put a mark out indicating a given record. really makes the field events more fan friendly.

He wasn't going to touch James Beckford's record 8.29(27'2x") that's a Blinn College Track and Field athlete and for all you young whipper snappers that have no idea what Blinn College was about. ask some knowledgeable older track coaches and they will educate you.
