G 4x400 F01 (Event 162 Champ of America) 4x400 relay

Gordon is probably one of the best all around high school female athlete ever last 13 years old 100m12.08 200m 25.02 this year 14 year old 400m 52.68 split 51.31 on the 4x4 800m 2.13 at champs splits 2.08 on the 4x8 ran 2.11 at carifta she just kept getting better i wish she would have ran the 100m and the 200m this year but she didn't she gonna crush whoever she go up againts next year at penns especially in the 4x4 i second ur 3.32 prediction because i think russell and fanty will be running 53s by next year fanty is alraedy running 54s russell 55 flat i would let Moulton run instead of woodburn, moulton is a sprinter 11.69 i think she can run a good 400m holmwood should dominate the 4x4 for atleast the next 4-5 years but manchester is gonna give holmwood a run for their money next year in the 4x4 with 3 people running 54s and a 52 split on anchor 3.36.54 without fastest 400m runner Farquharson 54.17 they had too many injuries last year but if they're healthy this year its going to be a problem but i still got holmwood winning. 4x1 i think vere tech is going to dominate the 4x1 next year with dynamic duo whitmore11.38 and jackson 23.62/53.13 on anchor but holmwwod is going to be right their with them. best times this year vere tech 44.13 holmwood 44.89 holmood would have one the 4x4 if they would've just put their 4 best 400m runners

i dont think holmwood can loose the 4x4 next year especially not with Fanty, Russell, Woodburn, Ellington, and gordon i predict that gordon will split any where from 51 and under their main competition will come from manchester if they can stay healthy ER and vere tech i predict a 3.32

er would have done well but maybe they should have run the A team to get in. those days of walking onto the track with the B team and qualifying for finals are over.

ER would've ran away with this if they qualified, but I wish they could have an event where the best US and Jamaican HS could form a relay and run at penns Could u immagine the chick who ran 53 from cali with no comp and other girls like Goodman running in a 4x1 now that would be a show down for real between the Jamaican and the US because ER doesnt have the fastest 100 runners nor anywhere close to the fastest 400 runners in the US

Really the ER teams it you get down to it majority of the girls are not from the US Tiandra Ponteen is from St. Kitts Afia Chares is from Greneda only one girl on their 4x1 is American for some reason all of the West Indian girls that come to the US runs for ER they run at Carifesta Games and when the HS season is over they go back to run for their countries

I would have love to see ER so we got a little competition (lol) from 1 of the great American schools anyway the only chance ER had was the one in their dreams, lol. Jamaica to the flipping world.

ER should've been in this race they ran faster than all of the Jamaican teams and they're used to the weather so it wouldnt have an effect on them like it has on the Jamaican teams but oh well!!! This race was boaring everyone knew they would've went 123 ER would've made things intresting
