Can you be more ignorant. The CR and NCAA record is 2:59.59 set by LSU in 2005. Obviously Baylor lost then to. At least they are consistent with top 4x4 teams year in and year out. To say that this is an end of an era is stupid. Baylor still ran a great time. Decent as far as Baylor goes but still a good NCAA time. Florida State just had an on day.

I'm not exactly sure if this was an appopriate situation to ask about their struggles in the individual event. They are already down enough for not winning let alone having it thrown in their faces about not producing in the open as well.
