Wow, internet tough guy....people can say anything they want, but claiming something like multiple state championships is bold. Why dont you give a name or something at least, so we can verify that? Even if you were, it still is a move to talk on a team that films races and workouts for our own benefit. Its called courtesy, you dont need to be a douche

episode 1- Spring Break Workout

Brea Olinda's first workout that is taped and put on flotrack. Being mid-season this workout is not meant to be super fast and destroy the runners. Instead Coach Mattern isn't going to tell the runners what to run next until they finish with the repeat before, to simulate unexpected moves made during a race and how to deal with them. Special thanks to Mattern for the music on this video.
