Sharpen the elbows Leo and keep those guys on the rail. Once you let the first guy out it was like a train. Keep the elbows up and USE THEM. Lagat pushed his way out cause he's used to running with the east africans. Use those elbows to hold your position. We Americans are to nice in big races. If you haven't noticed nobody gets a DQ for throwing elbows anymore. So sharpen them up!!

Good Job!

This was great for American 1500m - I cannot remember the last time we had three guys in a final? For a long period - we were use to no one making it out of the heats!
