"Her overhyperness sorta lowers the sexyness and heigtens the weirdness.

But thats just her personality. so oh well.
sry. Just my opinion."
It is a ploy to keep the stalkers away. Mission accomplished.

Maggie is a former sprinter who moved up to the 800, sprinters by nature are very high strung, want instant gratification, expect a lot from themselves, Maggie shows a lot of emotion and I for one love it.

I think maggie is great, we really need people like her in our sport. She had a well conserved race and looked good doing it. Expect great things from her in the Finals.

One of the critiques of flotrack is that you guys aren't very professional with your interviews, and that is fair to say. But in situations like this where you have a level of familiarity and comfort with Maggie, it makes the interview so much better.

i think Maggies a little psycho. In my opinion ever since i saw her in th Euro workout shes been a little crazy to me. like way way over hyped.

But thats probably a good thing. i just i think she should tone down a notch.

Ryan, Please give a little background on Jesse Owens and the 1936 Olympics in Berlin, where he won 4 gold medals. I heard that his grand daughter will be one of the presenters of the long jump medals, along with the son (I think) of Luz Long, the German silver medalist in the long jump.

Maggie looked great in her prelim, the pace was 64 @ the 400 and she took the lead and just maintained as Jelimo passed her, did not take anything out of her and she is ready for a great semi, go Maggie!
