My handle on this site suggests I'm old and slow. Well, not so old or so slow. That's just the nickname my son gave me. I'm actually a former decathlete myself. My PR wasn't memorable but I am a huge fan of the event, and I am a Bryan Clay fan forever!

would love to see Clay, Trey, and Beach in the next Olympics.
