Truly a character and great competitor. When he doesn't have to run from the front I think he will run fast. It is great to see someone realize that running fast does involve an element of chance and a fearless attitude. This is great for running and does make for a much more competitive and fast race. Hope he runs well in Europe.

I love Anthony's attitude!! I didn't get a changce to live during the Prefontaine era, but I think Anthony brings back a lot of what made Pre one of the best runners the US has ever had. He is a great example for younger runners to not get down if one race doesn't go the way you wanted it to go. What counts is that you tried your best and you had fun. Keep inspiring people Anthony!!:D

Fam is unbelievably awesome in every way...winning or "losing". That dude needs to be the spokesperson for running.

That is the best philosophy. Get the best American's to the championship, even if it isnt you. If youre gonna get beat, get beat by the best. Its better than a dragging race that a barely B standard guy who cant compete internationally guy makes the team cause he has a good kick. Need more of this attitude in track.
