Ohh how courageous of Leo. Whoop up on some "non-pro-runners" to gain a little mental confidence after his last poor performance with "pro runners". Give that winning money to charity as I wish bernard lagat was in that race!
with 2 others going sub-4, it was a pretty strong field. and the event was for charity to begin with. i am sure the mere fact leo was there raised way more money than expected. leo is still early in the game...don't give him grief.

just got back from the mile. manzano was near the front the whole time and had the lead going into the final lap. with a few guys on his heels, he just flipped a switch on the backstretch and was GONE. if there's a video of the race, its definitely kick of the week material.

the rabits also did a good job, but one other thing i was impressed by were the way adam perkins and leo manzano looked. they were lean and ripped. they looked fast standing still!
