I remember talking with David Cardona right before our 1600 heat on the line at CIF division prelims. Didn't even know him at the time and then he runs a 4:09 at the state meet. Now I regret not conversing with him more.

flotrack should have came to the michigan state meet. Mike Atchoo broke dathan ritzs record in the mile by running 4:07. and a sophmore ran 1:52 in the 800.
