This guy is really improving in his english too...For most ethiopians, it is easier to understand the british accent than american one. So if Ryan would ask questions, Bekele will acquire a translator. In 2004, he couldn't even speak english, I guess He saw how media loves the very well spoken Haile.

thanks for getting an interview with bekele up there, regardless of who's asking the questions. this guy is in a class of his own! i love his response about losing to lagat, it seems to get under his skin. i'm a big lagat fan, but i'd take bekele in a showdown any day
