yeah, this guy is a true champion... I'll feel bad for him if he did get robbed of his Olympic moment (and let's face it he probably did get robbed, Ramzi just looked juiced to me), but at least he'll have all the more motivation to seek out glory in London.

Amazingly well spoken in a second (or third/fourth/who knows?) language.

I am on the Asbel Kiprop bandwagon from here on out.

I met asbel at a xc race in Eldoret, Kenya, and shook his hand and chatted for about 2minutes, then saw him again about 2 weeks later and it was as though he'd known me for years, very nice guy.

Great run Risely.

Well that is because in Kenya they speak a language called...English! And in Ethiopia they don't . It's like pointing out that Alan Webb speaks better English than Mehdi Baala .

I really enjoy the interviews with international stars. Esp the Africans. They are humble and grateful beyond compare. Very motivating and inspiring. Good question about how the 3:31 felt. Kiprop made that 3:48 at Pre look soooo easy. What a stud.

I like his attitude and personality. He seems like a very well spoken young guy with huge aspirations. I hope he continues to improve as he should and we may be lucky enough to see some new world records.

He really speaks english pretty well, especially for young athlete that hasn't been in the limelight for that long. He speaks it better then Kenny B who has been at the top of the game for a long time. It is great having some insight from the foreign athletes and getting to see they have personalities and aren't just machines.
