Awesome run kid! Keep it going. The future is extremely bright for US distance running right now. The kid does look wrecked, but he just ran 7:41 (his best pb according to the big gold book). And he got right in there and mixed it up with some big boys. Mikey's right. He was right there in the pack until 600 to go. Kipsiro is just a beast.

No joke! That was a fantastic meet for US athletes. I was so surprised when I checked the results. Pleasantly surprised, mind you. It's about time for a lot of those athletes.

Jager looked great out there until the last lap and half....really looked smooth most of the race!...the pace looked every comfortable for him
