Hey Sawyer, sorry this was not more explicit in the rules. The week 10 winner is the overall grand prize winner chosen by Saucony, not based on votes or ratings.

Week 10 won because it is the best photo in the comp, how is that , the guy just completed won of the hardest XC races around, the Vossler, got piped at the line after taking it out from the gun. And YES the photo is what XC is about, giving it your all until you have nothing left
