How many Miles per week do you think he does, and how many do you think their program does?

Lutz is not a year younger, he is a class below. They actually raced each other in Jr races as kids. We sometime think everyone is a year younger because of what grade they are in. If I am not mistaken they are about 5months apart and the same birth year.

Its like talking to a 23 year old American Record holder trapped in a 17 year old body. I love the fact that the football team was walking in the background thinking damn, how the hell is the runner kid getting so much PR.

Parker is a remarkable talent. He's very down to earth too. I foresee him and Sean Krinik of Valencia HS in California headlining the 2010 track season. I can't wait for what's in store for you on the track, Parker!

To go with his singlet, he has matching '80s weightlifter pants and, underneath, a matching Speedo. He's cool.

way to represent your roots Parker! Socal Road Runners did work with us. Between you and Collin Jarvis alone, SRR has been proven to work and build some of the top HS athletes in the nation. Keep it up bud, big things ahead!!

I agree with an earlier poster that this kid is very well spoken. He sounds really grounded and mature for his age. Before this I had never heard of him but I am definitely a fan now.

My advice is to become your own nutritonist. I see high school and college runners eating fast foods and other junk foods. Please, eat well so that your body has great fuel to run on.
Good luck.
I also noticed that cool singlet right away.

Parker Stinson of Cedar Park High School

Last week the Cedar Park High School boys XC team was ranked #1 in the US. They are led by Texas state champ and one of the top returning runners in the country, Parker Stinson. Parker's XC season last year was not as successful as he had hoped. He talks about his frustrations last fall and how he battle through them to have a very successful spring which included becoming state champ, running sub-9, beating his #1 competitor, and running at the Pan-Am Games.
