Iowa - One Program, Two Head Coaches

There are not many programs in the country that have a combined system between men and women's track & field and cross country while still having the support of two head coaches. Layne Anderson and Larry Wieczorek have incorporate this into their program at the University of Iowa and have felt the benefits as they have a common goal and a main focus at the same time.
