I guess I have two things to thank you for. Most recently for taking a chance with Coach Cook and also for taking a chance getting a great website started.

It must be a flocast-founder requirement - you must rub your hands together before launching into a good quality flo-story!

Ryan Ponsonby, Forgotten Founder

You may know Ryan Ponsonby, who works with Coach John Cook, as the coach of World Championship Finalist Leo Manzano and bronze medalist Shannon Rowbury. What you may not know is that Ryan was one of two guys (Mark being the other) to start Flotrack. Ryan set sail in the White Pearl with Mark, his dog, and a video camera. Ryan help filmed and interview some of the first footage you ever saw here on Flotrack. We talked to Ryan about his involvement from the beginning and some stories of life on the road for over two months as we look to celebrate our 3 Year Anniversary.
