Having trouble with T-Shirt orders?

How many shirts were sold Ryan? Sounds like this subsidy idea from the main III anniversary video would've been pretty good if you could've made it work.

Congrats guys on 3 years! Same story as below, got email confirmation, but never had a chance to pay.

I've ordered before noon, recd confirmation email, but alas, no way to pay. HELP ME MR RYAN!!!!

Same problem as Louie & Brusher. e-mail from flotrack says shirt was purchased & will be shipped but never saw paypal site. ??

the pay pall account didnt go through but i recieved four emails from flotrack saying a purchased four shirts..did i end up buying them or not?

The shirt is made from technical fiber, not plain cotton or anything. Thus, $28 is on par with, and even cheaper than some of the other dry fit shirts on the market.

I've been trying to order a t-shirt. I can't get through on Pay Pal to enter my payment info, but I've received two e-mails from Flocasts.org saying that my order (with $8.00, rather than free, shipping) is being processed. Any ideas?

I've given up. I was about to fork over 28 bucks for the shirt, but no matter what I try, I can't get through on PayPal to type in my credit card information. Good try, Flotrack.

This T-shirt says 2 things about someone...hardcore track fan and someone is willing to pay wayyyyy to much for a t-shirt. Does it come with a bag of 3/8s?

For some reason, it won't let me log in with my password (even though I can log in on flotrack.org)... whenever I enter it with the correct username it says "incorrect password."

just ordered mine, i hope it fits wasnt sure on which sz to get. but anyways, used internet explore first didnt work, then used firefox and worked on the first try. hey Ryan when r u guys planning on shipping them?

i dont think it initially lets you choose an international location, but once you get thru to the paypal site you can specify i think. there is a flat international shipping rate if i am not mistaken. unfortunately i haven't been able to test the international part

So what about the non USA customers?

I received the same error message as others are complaining about. When I clicked on paypal at the end, it said could not complete order. However, when I tried to order using Firefox, it worked.

another big problem that some people may be having (i had this and eventually figured it out) is the shipping address.
when pay pal verifies the credit card, the shipping address has to match the address that the credit card is on.
for instance, i wanted it shipped to me in pittsburgh where i go to school but it kept saying credit card denied. i then put in my home address (address the card is on) and it worked fine.
that might be a help for somebody.

Have tried ordering and several of your suggestions-started trying at midnight and several times today-5 orders went through to flocast, but when I hit the paypal button it says an error occurs, and to try again. Won't let me pay! So frustrated!

Are you sending them outside the US? ie Australia

hola everyone, not sure why some people are having troubles. i ordered one and it was ok, but i also got an error once when i tried afterwards. madhu and i tested again and its working for us. try some of these steps if you are having trouble
