Correct   March 11 at 8:03pm
they ran in to lane THREE & FOUR because there was a runner in between 1 and 2, even though they didn't catch him, its a mental thing to try and finish in a clear straight

Why   March 11 at 7:29pm
why do they run all the way out to lane 4 and 5. They could be running faster in lane 1 and 2. Just trowing that out there.

Mead is that rabbit that never stops beating the drum. I've watched him many times over running against Hall & Murdock at Foot Locker. As tough as the two in front of him were going at it, he was right behind them. They couldn't shake him or break him. He will be a great track/XC runner at the NCAA level and beyond!

No disrespect to AJ but my boy Hassy is going to be the future, my man doesn't even know how to run yet. He's like a innocent person figuring out that they have super powers... Hassan is one of my best friends and he continues to amaze me. Keep workin hard lil bro, yur jus gettin started!

AJ's reaction to winning and setting a new PR was anticlimactic.

wow! I wouldn't have figured that. I saw him in San Diego with his dad at Foot locker Nats and thought he was really light then. Looked as fit as I've ever seen him.

Re : Mike_x

Even though AJ did run the mile at NCAA Indoors, he admitted in an interview at UW with Mark that he was focusing on the 5000 for the US trials so I dont think this race wasnt something he had trained for.

That's a tough run for AJ when he's focused on the mile/1500. you can tell it really hurt.

that was a slick move by Mead trying to push Acosta out to run a longer diagonal

the guy that took third here, Chris Rombough, is the man too... I ran against him at the Wisconsin State cross country meet when he was a junior. He won state cc both his junior and senior years.
