This year's 2008 Mt. SAC Relays and Flotrack will be providing Live streaming coverage all weekend long. This will be the first time in US track and field history and quite possibly the world where the viewers at home will be able to interact with the play-by-play commentary while watching a race in real time. Underneath the live video stream there will be a live blog where the audience can interact and contribute to the Mt. SAC Relays Flotrack coverage by asking questions, answering questions, getting lap splits, and much more. The coverage will begin on Friday, April 18th at 11 AM Pacific and the interactive broadcast will start with the distance carnival at 7 PM Pacific. The live stream will also be available on Saturday, April 19th and Sunday, April 20th. Please note that the videos will also be archived on Flotrack.org for future viewing.

Good luck on getting this worked out, it must be nice to say you're at the bottom and just have finished running a 13:37.

come on "dutchy"...life is too short to be sitting around crying every time you have a bad day. You just have to roll with the punches and keep working to make things better. And McDougal seems to be doing that.
