Videos will be archived and posted here shortly. Saturday at Historic Hayward Field, that tradition begins anew with the return of the Oregon-UCLA dual meet.

These two athletic powers have met in 14 previous dual meets, with the Bruins holding a 10-4 series edge. The first dual meet was held in 1966, and the most recent came in 1985.

Some of Oregon's most memorable moments have come during epic duals versus UCLA. It would be remiss not to mention Oregon's 85-78 win in 1983 that snapped the Bruins' 34 dual meet winning streak. But five years prior to that in 1978, after nine previous duals went in favor of the Blue and Gold, the Ducks finally broke through in dramatic fashion.

Oregon's distance program is second to none, on many levels. It shows in their performances but more importantly it shows in the runners. Blood, Klotz, Acosta, Kosinski, McNamara, and the rest are all on a mental high, all the time. I feel it's Coach Vin and staff's "leadership by inspiration". It has been so commonplace with this coach's program, both at Oregon and Stanford, that they all sign with him knowing they will exceed their greatest expectations. Nearly every meet brings a jaw-dropping performance from some member of his team.

%u201CMrty%u201D is entitled to his opinion. I also think Mark & the Crew are doing an incredible job. I loved the multi-camera work on the Mt. SAC coverage. It would be nice to see more camera work from Oregon but I understand they cannot be every where.

Good Job!

Do you realize how hard it is to do field events while the meet is going on, a field event lasts like what 6 seconds and it is hit or miss, if you want it up here why don't you tape it yourself and upload it. Mark and the rest of the crew do an awsome job so keep your retarded opinions to yourself.
