Does anyone know what capacity the rabbits have? Are they 3.45 min 1500m-runners?
And what was the recovery between the sets and repetitions? / A Leo-fan from Sweden

Man I'm telling you that was a sick workout. The kid has got wheels. And then he changes into his spikes and runs a 36.85 on the last one.Dam that is smokin crazy. He just has to run smart in the semi's and he can make the finals. After that, who knows.Leo you are still the man no matter what happens in Bejing.

It's amazing to watch Leo run. Not classic form by any stretch of the imagination but he can really roll so...
If anything these signatures were even more pronounced in the form drills, which I found amusing for some reason.
Best of luck in Beijing...I'd love to see a couple Americans in the final

Great show of support from the rest of the guys...the room mates. Great of them to get out there and run some fast 300s with him to help him get ready for the Olympics. Good on ya Longhorns.

Vig In UT Colors Sickening?   August 6, 2008 at 2:15pm
Anonymous Coward do you mind explaining why it makes you feel this way? What colors would you prefer her wear if not the team he's coaching? Is there something I'm missing? Thanks for any enlightenment.

I like the videography and editing. Especially at the end with the 30s. Very quality video.
Leo looks like he will be strong and prepared. I am sure that the experience from Osaka will help him be more calm and ready for Olympics.

uhmm... 35.8 for 300 would probably be more like 49 for 400
reply

B   August 6, 2008 at 11:29am
actually that 36.8 is equivalent to about a low 49. 36 is 12s per 100, so a 36.0 would be a 48.0 400m.

Best Workout We have seen yet. 36 for the last one is flying, thats the equivalent of a 52 for a 400. I wish we could of seen that 5xmile. that would of been so sick.
