Monster 8 man.Coach Fam should consider coaching after his ST career is over.Haha.This is an top 5 workout video easy.
The poetry and the music while he's doing the workout makes it that much better.Great video!

Good video.
That's not a steeple hurdle. It's these gates they u on use on some tracks when the track season is over so people don't always run on the inside lanes and wear them out.

Awesome video!
I'm now a Jebreh fan and it was great to see how Fam let him have the spotlight
This was the first Wed where I was looking forward to the workout video as I came to my desk. The fact that Ryan was stuck out on the interstate looking for a place up upload just made me look forward to it more and just added to that unmistakeable "Flotrack" feel which is so great.

Episode #8 - Jebreh Harris

800 meter runner, Jebreh Harris does a session in Knoxville, TN under the watchful eye of substitute coach, Anythony Famiglietti aka Fam. Jebreh also takes us through his huse and shows us his artwork and reads us his poetry. Jebreh has run 1:45 for the 8 and he will be running the 800 in Indy this week to help him prepare for the Olympic Trials in Eugene.
