Charles x....I agree...the G4x4 COA should be on Saturday. I was just thinking the same thing. I would've have loved to see the crowd if ER had run on SAT....being from DC it's a pleasure to watch them run. I am excited to see them when they go to NON...I think they will break the SMR...

One of the best G 4x400 i have ever seen and i've been going to the Penns for over 25 years. The G 4x400 C of A should be held on Saturday so everyone can see this type of heart & courage. The Blazin Raiders are awesome and so was Flotrack's commentating for the event coverage

you have to be there in 2009. there's nothing else like this in the world of track and field. usa/jamaica...usa/jamaica.....you have to come.
