Seeing this race and hearing AJ talk about going through 8:50 for 2 miles with a very good field of runners really makes C. Derrick's solo 13:55 (8:49 for last 2 miles) even more impressive.

Why does everyone have a problem with AJ. He didnt say anything cocky in this interview and he's starting to take his running to the next level on the collegiate scene. Give him a break.

well AJ said he was putting in 85 mpw during indoor in his interview after getting 3rd at NCAAs in the mile, Galen usually averages 100 mpw with highs around 110 to 115.
