depending on how you're connecting clemson to austin...how about profiling tallahassee and its trails, which has served zap fitness, ritz and crew, molly huddle and crew and flanagan and a nike group several years ago?...its a straight shot down I-10 to austin

I like the interviews where the athletes are honest, not bragadocious. Smells like football mentality to me.

Clemson 4x1 38.??

This weekend the Clemson University 4x100 meter relay will put together what may be their strongest team in school history. They will be looking to run under 39 seconds and send a message to the competition. "They're not scared of anyone." Music by Honey Claws.

So I made it, finally in AUSTIN!! My journey led me to a new destination with each passing day. New people, new places, new workouts...it was a blast

My goal was to bring you as much as I could over the month or so I was out on the road. I started up in Maine (at my parents') back in April and journey down to TX. There is plenty of cool stuff out there that I didn't get to see, but that just motivates me for the future and all that we can bring to you here on Flotrack.

I have some more stuff that will be coming out so keep watching. Feel free to let me know what you think so we can get more of what you love in the future!
