from top to bottom, from distance to sprints to jumps to throws....the SEC is by far the best in the country. and i'm not being bias, i didn't even run in the SEC. just watch how many people hit regional marks this weekend and don't score or make it to the finals. its pretty sick

Last year Ian Burrell ran some big PRs of 13:45 and 28:48. He finished 7th at NCAA in the indoor 5k back in Februrary. With SECs this weekend and only a few weeks left in his collegiate career, Burrell is setting is focus on getting to the NCAA meet and doing what he can to go out #1. Watch for his results as he goes for a qualifying mark and a victory at the SEC meet at Auburn.

So I made it, finally in AUSTIN!! My journey led me to a new destination with each passing day. New people, new places, new workouts...it was a blast

My goal was to bring you as much as I could over the month or so I was out on the road. I started up in Maine (at my parents') back in April and journey down to TX. There is plenty of cool stuff out there that I didn't get to see, but that just motivates me for the future and all that we can bring to you here on Flotrack.

I have some more stuff that will be coming out so keep watching. Feel free to let me know what you think so we can get more of what you love in the future!

I hope you enjoy and thanks for all your support alone the way!

-Ryan Fenton
