I appreciate Nicole and all the athletes taking the time to do an interview. It's nice to get to know an athlete besides just looking at a results page. As far as not talking about the workout it is not the athlete but Coach Clark's philosophy. The athletes just respect and honor Coach Clark's request not to let people know what his athletes do in training. Some coaches regard giving away their training program as if giving away the play book. Nothing wrong with that.

I'm not worried about anyone beating me at trials but we don't discuss our workouts with people, I wasn't trying to be difficult I just don't discuss my workouts and I'm not a difficult person to interview...

I also bumped into Nicole Cook while out at the track in Knoxville. She seems to be doing well and ready for the summer ahead. This past weekend she finished 4th in the 800 at the Adidas Track Classic in Carson, CA running a 2:03. One thing about Nicole, you'll never find her with chapped lips!

So I made it, finally in AUSTIN!! My journey led me to a new destination with each passing day. New people, new places, new workouts...it was a blast

My goal was to bring you as much as I could over the month or so I was out on the road. I started up in Maine (at my parents') back in April and journey down to TX. There is plenty of cool stuff out there that I didn't get to see, but that just motivates me for the future and all that we can bring to you here on Flotrack.

I have some more stuff that will be coming out so keep watching. Feel free to let me know what you think so we can get more of what you love in the future!

I hope you enjoy and thanks for all your support alone the way!
