i never found lincoln to be that nice a guy. in warm-ups before the texas relays 4x15 the jerkoff threw an elbow into my back on an empty track. no discernible reason.

The Pac-10's are being re-played on Fox Sports Network. They were on twice last Thursday, and once on Saturday and Sunday. Check your local listings.

I met Daniel in Palo Alto at a road race. What a super nice, down-to-earth guy. He was even interested in swapping achilles injury stories with me, since we shared the same podiatrist (Saxena). I wish him all the best with his recovery. And who knows, maybe sub-8 mins. is possible for him!

gave all pac-10 video rights to fsn -- your only bet was to watch a replay on any of fox sports local affiliates/networks.

What a pity that Lincoln is injured. I met him in Heusden and he was really cool (even surprised that a European guy knew him).

There's time left for Lincoln, Vroemen set the European Record (8.04.95) aged 36 I believe...

Hey Ryan any chance of a tour of the facility, I notice they have all the trophies set up in a museum like way almost. That would be awesome.

Coach McDonnell talks about Lincoln

Uploaded By: Flotrack
Coach McDonnell talk about the loss of Dan Lincoln to this year's Olympic Trials competition due to surgery. Lincoln will continue finishing his work with med school and have his sites set on the 2012 games. We wish Dan a healthy recovery and hope to see him out there again in the near future. Here is an older interview with Lincoln after his injury in Dec '07 where he talked about the upcoming '08 season. Interview here.

So I made it, finally in AUSTIN!! My journey led me to a new destination with each passing day. New people, new places, new workouts...it was a blast

My goal was to bring you as much as I could over the month or so I was out on the road. I started up in Maine (at my parents') back in April and journey down to TX. There is plenty of cool stuff out there that I didn't get to see, but that just motivates me for the future and all that we can bring to you here on Flotrack.

I have some more stuff that will be coming out so keep watching. Feel free to let me know what you think so we can get more of what you love in the future!

I hope you enjoy and thanks for all your support alone the way!
