This guy is pretty awesome... I hope he performs well at NCAAs and maybe even the Trials.

5 years ago Matt Clark came to Clemson as a miler, now its his final season as a Tiger. Last year at NCAAs he made the 5k final but missed out on All-American honors. This year he ran 28:49 to qualify for the 5k and with only a few weeks left in the season his goal is to not only become All-American but to also better his chances at competing in the Olympic Trials.

So I made it, finally in AUSTIN!! My journey led me to a new destination with each passing day. New people, new places, new workouts...it was a blast

My goal was to bring you as much as I could over the month or so I was out on the road. I started up in Maine (at my parents') back in April and journey down to TX. There is plenty of cool stuff out there that I didn't get to see, but that just motivates me for the future and all that we can bring to you here on Flotrack.

I have some more stuff that will be coming out so keep watching. Feel free to let me know what you think so we can get more of what you love in the future!

I hope you enjoy and thanks for all your support alone the way!
