If you don't recall we gave you the free haircut out in Cali. Ha Everyone at the shop will be wearing only adidas when you race at the trials. Good luck!!! The hair looks good by the way!!!

What fun to watch this video...I knew Seth when he was two years old and balder than a cue ball. He looked like Mr. Mcgoo actually. He sure has changed :-) Hi Seth! I am so proud of you. Continued success to a special guy from your adoring Aunt!!!!

Scratch the previous comment. For some reason, my statements were posted out of order. Either way, my point was that I'm proud of you and know you'll do continue to do well and impress everyone!

But just wanted to say that I'm very proud of you, and I know you'll do great this summer.
So, I'll know whether or not you read about yourself online if you mention this comment to me. ;)

Seth Summerside Interview

Four years ago Seth Summerside thought he could run faster. Having only run 15:45 5k, 8:48 3k, and 3:55 1500 Seth took a chance....he transferred to the University of Arkansas. The next three years he trained hard and stayed focused. In the summer of 2007 something clicked and he ran fast! 28:02 10k, 13:30 5k, 7:43 3k, 3:41 1500....week after week he kept getting better. Now its 2008 and the trials are just around the corner. He's had some trouble with injuries but he is back training to run the 5k/10k double at the trials.

You think you can run faster?? Take a chance.

So I made it, finally in AUSTIN!! My journey led me to a new destination with each passing day. New people, new places, new workouts...it was a blast

My goal was to bring you as much as I could over the month or so I was out on the road. I started up in Maine (at my parents') back in April and journey down to TX. There is plenty of cool stuff out there that I didn't get to see, but that just motivates me for the future and all that we can bring to you here on Flotrack.

I have some more stuff that will be coming out so keep watching. Feel free to let me know what you think so we can get more of what you love in the future!

I hope you enjoy and thanks for all your support alone the way!

-Ryan Fenton
