this team is gonna be sraight fire next year. With a guy that went 8 flat indoors, 2 sub 14 minute 5kers, a world junior cross team member, not to mention a stable full of sub 3:47 guys.

Geiger knows XC, simple as that. Even if he doesn't have the most outrageously talented runners, there's always a solid group of guys.

Rollie Geiger, NC State

At the end of the '08 Outdoor season we talked to NC State Head Coach Rollie Geiger about his career and his program. Coach Geiger has won a combined 32 ACC team championships and 19 individual ACC championships (between the men and women). He talks about how he keeps such a competitive team year in and year out and also talks about the future of the men's team.

So I made it, finally in AUSTIN!! My journey led me to a new destination with each passing day. New people, new places, new workouts...it was a blast

My goal was to bring you as much as I could over the month or so I was out on the road. I started up in Maine (at my parents') back in April and journey down to TX. There is plenty of cool stuff out there that I didn't get to see, but that just motivates me for the future and all that we can bring to you here on Flotrack.

I have some more stuff that will be coming out so keep watching. Feel free to let me know what you think so we can get more of what you love in the future!

I hope you enjoy and thanks for all your support alone the way!
