I don't think he'll do that great at Stanford but should be a stud next year at cross. He was most likely the only guy that beat McDougal last year(practice but still)

That was hilarious! Especially right at the end when he realizes what he said!

I know Sam a little and Josh a good amount. Josh told me during XC of 2007 that he might not even be the best runner on the Liberty Team (Sam). Think about that.

He had some great mentors in his corner. They advised him to go to school instead of turning pro. He's still young and has plenty of time to make the money.Run unattached until Farleigh Dickinson releases him and then he can get on with his life at liberty.By the way my son is a freshman there too.

Josh Mcdougal is the man!
I predict that in the future he will become the best US marathoner in history.

Who is Sam Chelanga?

Uploaded By: Flotrack
You started running only 4 years ago. You are a two-time All American. You've already run 13:46 and 29:16. Your first training partners were Paul Tergat and Robert Cheruiyot. You are Sam Chelanga. Watch Sam as he runs the 10k this weekend at the Cardinal Invite.

So I made it, finally in AUSTIN!! My journey led me to a new destination with each passing day. New people, new places, new workouts...it was a blast

My goal was to bring you as much as I could over the month or so I was out on the road. I started up in Maine (at my parents') back in April and journey down to TX. There is plenty of cool stuff out there that I didn't get to see, but that just motivates me for the future and all that we can bring to you here on Flotrack.

I have some more stuff that will be coming out so keep watching. Feel free to let me know what you think so we can get more of what you love in the future!

I hope you enjoy and thanks for all your support alone the way!
