Looks like Liberty will be heard from again. A lot, A lot of kenyans.. But Hey I love Liberty. To bad Mcdougals weren't in the video but we know about that ham string... We ever going to get to see a sprints workout or a throwers workout. I know how hard it is for you guys to get field events but a workout would be awsome

Good video. Only thing is when you put writing up on the screen maybe keep it up a little longer. I had to go back and pause it to read a lot of it.

So I made it, finally in AUSTIN!! My journey led me to a new destination with each passing day. New people, new places, new workouts...it was a blast

My goal was to bring you as much as I could over the month or so I was out on the road. I started up in Maine (at my parents') back in April and journey down to TX. There is plenty of cool stuff out there that I didn't get to see, but that just motivates me for the future and all that we can bring to you here on Flotrack.

I have some more stuff that will be coming out so keep watching. Feel free to let me know what you think so we can get more of what you love in the future!

I hope you enjoy and thanks for all your support alone the way!
