ummm... US is always competative but we hardly get to compete against the world, and most of the events are trying to be competative on a world scene, not just in the US. I dont think she meant to bash any US teammates, but realizes that there ARE faster girls outside the US and has set her standards to be competative there.

CWT vs Shannon Rowbury has got to be the match up to look for. She'd better not overlook her U.S. teammates. . .

At the Adidas Track Classic in Carson, Christin Wurth-Thomas dropped great time of 4:04 in the 1500. The time was a PR but she still wants more. With her goals set for world competition, she'll be going into her upcoming races more relaxed and more confident in her abilities.

So I made it, finally in AUSTIN!! My journey led me to a new destination with each passing day. New people, new places, new workouts...it was a blast

My goal was to bring you as much as I could over the month or so I was out on the road. I started up in Maine (at my parents') back in April and journey down to TX. There is plenty of cool stuff out there that I didn't get to see, but that just motivates me for the future and all that we can bring to you here on Flotrack.

I have some more stuff that will be coming out so keep watching. Feel free to let me know what you think so we can get more of what you love in the future!

I hope you enjoy and thanks for all your support alone the way!
