"Blood, a sophomore from Simi Calif., was the top collegian (third overall) in the women's 1,500 meters at Friday's Oregon Twilight Meet in a time of 4:14.73. That time leads the Pac-10 and ranks second nationally. That time also ranks fourth on Oregon's career top-10."
I'll call that a win.

She definitely didn't win. If you don't know results, you could always look them up.

Don't even know how she did yet but I can tell she's bubbling over with enthusiasm so she must have won. It's great to see her enjoying Oregon so much!
