It is a shame that the Dallas area is not going to be as great as it was presumably going to be this seaon. Records for Texas could've been broken this year, such as there 4x4 relay and their exciting 4x2 relay. A team called Duncanville was said to bring excitment for Texas this year and win there State Division, with points and perhaps winners of medals in the 110 Hurdles, with runner (Issac Ogulanda) Open 400 with runner (Kennedy Daughtery) Open 100 with runner (Josh Harris and Open 200 as well as Chayse Joubert) and there 4x2 and 4x4 relay with leaders Josh Harris, Kennedy Daughtery, Issac Ogulanda and Chayse Joubert. It is a dissapointment, It is said that Kennedy Daughtery has went 46 Open already and Issac Ogulanda 47 Open, and Josh Harris 21 Low open, sounds like a great 4x2 and 4x4 time and It was also said they once held Texas's fastest time in thos 2 relays earlier in their season, by running 1:26/3:17 ONLY ONE TIME (In cold and windy weather, in Texas What??, thats Amazing!) wonder what they would have been running now, when teams have ran week after week across the nation and still havent ran those times (especially in nice weather unlike Duncanville) when they ran those times only once in "BAD WEATHER". Too bad for there suspensions, I hope they learn from it and are competing this Summer Under U.S.A or A.A.U or both, so we can see what Texas really has.

Since it looks like the Duncanville Meet is going to be the only time all four of you will be at one meet, let Tiny and Venton run the 4x4 that meet.

I believe that the team that will come close to running a 3:09 or run or break this year will be either one of this North Texas teams, Desoto, Duncanville, Lancaster, Ft.Worth Eastern Hills, Waco Midway, North Crowley or Arlington Bowie. These teams have to be at the Carter Shootout to put on a show for Texas Jesuit has no chance this year when it comes to meet ranking vs the Eddie Payne Relays, The Carter Shootout will be the 3rd biggest none district, regional, or state, Track meet in 09 in the state of Texas.
Eastern Hills, come to the Jesuit Meet and the Carter Shoot Out to show everybody that 3:09. Don't wait until the State meet. 3:09 is moving. I do believe that there is a good chance somebody could run 3:09 this year. Who is it going to be?

The CARTER SHOOTOUT isnt nothing without Duncanville's relays there they put on a show every year, i cant believe it. They better be or else there coach has some problems.

I think the only person other than ken on d-ville's 4x4 who can mess wit tiny is issac the1st leg, he pretty decent out the block and has one hell of a start in the 300, they just need to work on his finish cause of they do, i think kennedy might have some problems to lol, but yea either ken or ike needs to be the anchor on the 4x4 for duncanville, thats my opinion, then the other either 1st or 2nd, but yes lets keep the trash talkin to a minimum and show it all out on the track, yes the Carter Shootout this year will be on and poppin, good luck guys and hope to see u there, LETS GO DUNCANVILLE!
Tiny, you ran a hell of a leg at the State Meet on the 4x4. Do you know what leg you are running this year? I hope you are on anchor leg. You have already said that Eastern Hills will be at the Carter Eddie Payne Classic. I would like to see you guys at the Desoto Meet also. I have a decent report with coach. I will make sure he invites Eastern Hills. I hope you guys will come. If your team is going to be that good this year, then Eastern Hills needs to go up against the Dalls Metroplex teams like Lancaster, Duncanville, and Desoto as much as possible; just as Arlington Bowie does . Also, good job by not trash talking and keeping it civil. We get way too much trash talking posted and not enough friendly competition.

Junior Speedsters 4x4 would have beat hallmark 4x4 even if there runners were health in the 1st place, and the speedsters team consists if Duncanville's 4x4 anyways, and oh yea kennedy did go 20. something with out blocks during the summer so get your facts straight, ant tiny iight i didnt say he was sorry I just dont think he fast enough for kennedy, and there 4x4 cant beat Duncanville's 4x4, thats plain and simple.

H*** Na, Kennedy Daughtery from Duncanville 4th leg on the 4x4 went 47.9 out the blocks during the summer, and Issac the 1st leg is a beast out the blocks, this tiny dude seem like all talk to me, and forget about the 200 Kennedy went 20.something during the summer and Isaac went 21. something both with out blocks on the real, and akeem and reggie go look them up for your self, nuff said who is this tiny from eastern hills, whats your real name so I can look up your stats, and see if this talk i hear about u is true.
They got 3rd under u.s.a, man eastern hills, waco midway, or lancaster or desoto or bowie or whoever cant mess with duncanvilles 4x4 they went 3:15 89 at regionals and should have went 3:12 at state but there 2nd leg had a bad day go watch the video, and one more thing everyone on that relay Isaac, Gabe, Reggie, and kennedy were the youngest 4x4 in 5-A with 3 juniors and one sophmore so they will be back again to suprise texas and the nation, and yea everyone on that relay except gabe got 3rd at the junior olympics young men, with the 3rd fastes 4x4 in the nation shocking everyone. So watch out yall but i do give my props out to eastern hills, and waco midway u guys are fast and dont worry bout l-town does guys are to y if they ever get moved up to 5-a they wont be talkin as much.
The four legs for Duncanville were Issac Ogulanda, Gabe Castillo, Reggie Reed, with Kennedy Daughtery as the anchor. They all run for the Junior Speedsters in the summer under USATF. I believe they got 3rd in Nationals this summer.
Duncanville's 1st leg put them in 3rd what happend after that if I was there head coach i would kick him of the team. from 3rd to 8th then from 8th to 7th then from 7th to 6th no way they should have got 6th, with the way there 4th leg was moving at regionals they should have won it with a 3:12 at least whos that 2nd leg so i can note to myself dont recruit Duncanville's 2nd leg on the 4x4
While I was at the T.S.U Relays and I saw Duncanville's 4x4 i was like all they have is a 4x1 and 4x2, and i was right they did not make it into the finals with a 3:25 nobody in the stands really cared much about there 4x4 either, and also the Carter Shootout they placed last with a 3:21, then all of a sudden after the region 1 5-a meet i here a call telling me they beat desoto in the 4x4 with a time of 3:15:89 then i was really suprised who are there legs by the way anyway
There's nothing wrong with friendly trash talk. However, keep it friendly and have fun with it. Everyone that made it to state is a winner and should be proud. This should be a good year in the Dallas metroplex for the 4x400 meter relay for both 4A and 5A. Duncanville is bringing back everybody. And, Desoto's first three legs from the State Meet are coming back. This is not counting their fastest leg, Eric Caro, who was hurt all last year and did not run in the state meet. He ran some good legs toward the end of the summer, even though he was not 100% healthy. He should be 100% when track season starts. Lancaster is bringing back at least three legs, and will be strong like always, with Eastern Hills bringing back three legs. Even though Arlington Bowie lost a lot of legs, they should be OK also. So again, keep it friendly, let's have fun, and enjoy another good year of Track and Field. So, go Dallas Metroplex 4x4's; Duncanville, Lancaster, Desoto, Eastern Hills, and Arlington Bowie. Hopefully, you ALL will come out to the 'Carter' Eddie Payne Relays and put on a show for the Dallas Metroplex.
Eastern Hills, tell your coach to bring you guys to the Carter Eddie Payne Relays to hook up with Duncanville, Desoto, and Lancaster. All of them have at least 3 legs coming back. You guys can put on show and get it on in the Dallas Metroplex's backyard.

The third leg on Midway's 4x400 relay team is Ahmad Dixon. 10th grade, 47 second split. He has speed, and he got heart to go with it. I believe if he stays focused & humble, you will be hearing his name more in the future. Congratulations to Midway. Job well done!

This was a good race. But, i got to midway and they might suck next year. Everyone seniors accept the 3rd leg. Then again, he was the fastest, and the fastest at the school decided not to even run this year so, we will see next year.

If Midway is sorry and they are the 20008 class 4a 4x4 champs then what does that make the other teams. I mean this is hate to the highest degree. what i saw was some good guys battle down to the wire and it was about heart and you can' t teach that. where the first leg lacked the other three made up. if that's the case then everybody had a bad leg. i saw a couple of guys get caught (including Ft Worth) as well as shepard run a couple down. I mean i don't believe ft worth is doing all of this hating. i believe they would rather settle it on the track and not with cheap talk. somebody other than them has to be posting these comments.

Congrats Matt. No matter how close or far, the outcome is that Waco Midway had a goal and it was to win. Guess what they did. Doesn't matter about next year only one night. Someone has to win and someone has to lose. Lancaster boys you are a young team with awesome potential you will win others there is no doubt. I praise your team for your continued hard work and deducation of your program. No one has to know who Waco Midway is you know now. That is all that matters. Everyone be blessed keep God first and he will lead you to your goal and bring your life great joy.
