I apologise to anyone who misunderstood my meaning by my first post. I was just trying to explain to some the thought process that led me to run that ridiculous first two laps. I meant no excuse by it. I lost and the four who finished in front of me most definatly had better races and should be applauded for it. :) sorry for the confusion

hey yea im Cole Rveeal, the doofus who went out so hard. That wasn't my plan going into the race, it just kinda happened. I was trying to see how the other runners would respond to a gap considerinng the first three guys hadn't run the two mile that morning while the rest of us did.
