This is epic.. Love it.. Reminds me of into the wild. You should of had "Rise" or "Guaranteed" by Eddie Vedder playing in the background.. I need to take a road trip....

That was a great video. You guys had quite an adventure getting to Eugene. Thanks for the video.

sorry you're having trouble

So, let's get this straight . . . a brokendown van, Bozo's Garage, a sweet old man from the cheese factory, fireworks from China, a cooler of beer, a man named Tear Drop, the Blue Hole, a lady with a knife, a hideout for runaway murderers, using the lady's knife to carve your name into the wall of the hideout, and a boy who was told by his coach to come and pick you up . . . this trip is PRICELESS. Remember - it's the journey, not the destination that makes it worth your while. Have fun, keep running, and say your bedtime prayers. Bless you all - Mama

Qsuriname: You don't even know what a write off is, do you?
Anonymous Coward posted June 27 at 12:45pm.
flotrack needs to find a corporate sponsor to get them a new whit pearl, it doesnt have to even be nice!

or start a White Peal Fund
the side trips are interesting though so its actually ok

The knife was b/c THEY were a tiny bit afraid of y'all. No offense but a bunch of smelly guys looking for a place to stay...
You'd have been staying with them.

Guys, please fix the Pearl in Eugene or get rid of it or buy a new one. It's a write-off anyway.
Ben Raphelson posted June 27 at 10:34am.
Guys- I wasn't sure where else to post this, but what's the status of the "Flotrack Original Series"? I feel like several of the subjects are by no means guaranteed trips to beijing, so their seasons could take drastic turns in the next couple days. It'd be nice to see some more of the footage you guys have before then.

I'm guessing Brock drove them to Albuquerque and thats when they picked up JJ and the other guys to tag along.
Dave Fontaine posted June 27 at 9:35am.
I'm so insanely jealous of this adventure. You might think you're going crazy or missing out on something.. but honestly, this is what life is all about. You will look back very fondly on this trip for the rest of your lives. ... or at least i hope you do.

Broken Down Again....Seriously

We thought the Pearl was set and ready to get us to Eugene. Oh how wrong we were. Once again we found ourselves stranded in New Mexico and this time in even more of the middle of no where.....San Fidel. We met some interesting characters, but ended up seeing some amazing sites!
