What is your outlook on the riffage for the intro song? Like more upbeat or not upbeat? I can write both so really its up to you. I really like the one now, is that the kind of thing you have in mind?

Intro the Wisconsin 5k training camp segment a little more...I knew what you were talking about but barely. I think you're trying to reach a wider audience with this format so you might want to give more background on each segment

You didn't mention world championship qualifier Michelle Sikes at all in your preview. I heard she is a Rhodes Scholar but do you know if she is still racing?

Just keeps getting better. Practice makes perfect. Can't wait for some Blake action next week. Might wanna re-think the "satellite feed" configuration (GO MAC OS, btw). It's a little eerie having a floating head, right behind, facing the same direction as the head with whom it's conversing. Selby rocks, TR rocks ... agreed that this and WW's are far and away the best programs on the site. And boooo to all the people who don't like the song. I think it's just great for this show.
