hey this boy did run a 45.7 on his mile relay split. That is really impresive, and he is only a junior. he better be thinking bout the Olympics no doubt, all hands down for Robert Griffen.

Actually, Robert might not be the best hurdler in the nation next year -- at least, not in high school. He is considering trying to graduate a semester early so he can start college football practices earlier. He told me he would like to double up in football and track in college, though.

i raced this guy at district in high school in the 110m hurdles and the 4x4, and he only got second to lajerald betters in the 400m and was making it competitive in the 4x4..he is a monster athlete
